04/05 / 5 Barker Av. – a 48-year-old man from Florida was charged with Criminal Contempt 2^nd after violating a valid order of protection during a domestic dispute. The subject was held for court and later remanded to the County Jail on an active warrant.

04/06 / 15 Bank St. – a 24-year-old male from White Plains was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 2^nd and operating a vehicle without a court-ordered interlock device after a routine traffic stop.  The vehicle was impounded, and the subject was released with a future court date.

04/07 / 238 Central Ave. – a 51-year-old White Plains man was charged with Robbery 2^nd, Assault 3^rd and Menacing 3^rd after a criminal investigation into an incident which occurred within the business on March 28^th.  The subject was held for arraignment.

04/08 / 237 Martine Av. – a 22-year-old man from Astoria, NY was charged with multiple counts of Rape 1^st and Sexual Abuse 1^st after a criminal investigation into a sexual assault that occurred in the City Center stairwell. The subject was held for arraignment.

Post Rd. – a 43-year-old homeless man was charged with Menacing 2^nd and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7^th after a patrol investigation into an incident during which he had threatened to strangle another resident at Open Arms Shelter. An order of protection was issued and the subject was held for arraignment.

04/09/ 9 City Pl. – a 52-year-old woman from West Harrison was charged with Petit Larceny after shoplifting $56.51 worth of merchandise from Target. The subject was released with a future court date.

04/10/ 112 E Post Rd. – a 68-year-old homeless man was charged with Trespass after being barred out of the laundromat for prior incidents. The subject was released with a future court date.

04/11/ Mamaroneck Av. – a 21-year-old man from Yonkers was charged with Display Forged Certificate without Inspection while driving through a safety check point. The vehicle was impounded and the subject was released with a future court date.
