The Rapid Recovery Project was designed to help individuals affected with autism, dementia and other developmental disabilities (regardless of age) who may wander or get lost. 

Interested parents or care givers are encouraged to fill out and submit the contact form below. Please be sure to include as much information about the vulnerable child or adult as possible. Uploading a recent photograph of the individual is recommended. A photograph may help our officers on patrol identify and return your loved one to safety faster. 

Your submission will be followed up by a trained investigator who will contact you to verify the information that you have provided. Once verified the individuals information and photograph will be added to our secure mobile database which can be accessed by our first responders.
