Good Conduct Certificates are available to persons who have been residents of White Plains for a period of at least six months who have not been convicted of any Penal Law or Vehicle and Traffic Law criminal offense in the City of White Plains.
This service is available to the public Monday-Friday 9AM-4PM in the Data Management Unit, located on the Main Floor of the Public Safety Building.
Government Photo I.D. and proof of White Plains residence are required. (Proof of residence includes tax bills, bank statements, utility bills, etc.
The charge is $25.00 per request. We accept Visa®, Mastercard® and Discover® credit cards, cash or Postal Money Order made out to the “City of White Plains”.
