08/30 / 13 City Pl. – A 32-year-old White Plains woman was charged with Reckless Endangerment 1st, Abandonment of a Child and Acting in a Manner Injurious to a Child under 17 after an investigation into an abandoned infant. The subject was held for arraignment.
08/31 – 166 Mamaroneck Av. – A 49-year-old homeless male was charged with Menacing 3rd, Assault 3rd, Criminal Possession of a Weapon and Criminal Trespass 3rd after an investigation into an incident which occurred on May 21st, 2026. The subject was held for arraignment.
09/01 – Mamaroneck Av. and E. Post Rd. – A 26-year-old White Plains man was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd following a routine traffic stop. The vehicle was impounded and the subject was released with a future court date.
09/02 – 45 Mitchell Pl. – A 21-year-old White Plains man was charged with Assault 3rd as well as Criminal Mischief 3rd and 4th following a domestic incident. The subject was held for arraignment.
09/03 – 191 Ferris Av. – Two White Plains men (ages 49 and 59) were charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 2nd, Criminal Sale and Possession of a Stimulant and Loitering after officers observed a hand to hand drug transaction within the park. Both subjects were held for arraignment.
09/04 – 33 Van Wart Av. – A 37-year-old White Plains woman was charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 3rd, Criminal Contempt 2nd, Menacing 2nd and Endangering the Welfare of a Child following an altercation on the street. The subject was held for arraignment.
09/05 – 5 City Pl. – Two males and a female (ages 18-27) from Bronx, NY were charged with Grand Larceny 4th after shoplifting $1,678.42 worth of store merchandise from Burlington Coat Factory. All three subjects were released with a future court date.
