Two men were arrested last night during an active residential burglary in the Fisher Hill area. Headquarters had received a call from the homeowner who was away at the time but could see people inside her home via a live camera feed.
Units responded and set up a perimeter. They observed the suspects running from the home through the back yard. Both were apprehended on the property and the proceeds from the burglary were recovered.
Both men were charged with Burglary 2nd and Grand Larceny 3rd. They are being held for arraignment in city court today. The investigation is continuing to determine if they are connected to crime in the general area.
