01/11 / 124 So. Lexington Ave. – Two homeless men (ages 27 & 37) were charged with Robbery 2nd and Menacing following an altercation and robbery at a gas station. Both subjects were remanded to County Jail.
01/11 / 165 Mamaroneck Av. – a 29-year-old White Plains man was charged with DWI after a routine traffic stop for numerous violations. The vehicle was impounded and the subject was released with a future court date.
01/11 / 22 Longview Av. – a 69-year-old White Plains man was arrested for Assault 3rd and Criminal Obstruction of Breathing after an altercation with a neighbor. The subject was held for arraignment.
01/12 / Bronx St. and Hamilton Av. – 4 homeless men (ages 35-48) were charged with Loitering. Three of the subjects were released with a future court date. The fourth subject, who was also charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, was held for arraignment.
01/13 / 13 City Pl. – a 47-year-old female from White Plains was charged with Petit Larceny after shoplifting $87.00 worth of store merchandise from Shoprite. The subject was held for arraignment.
01/13 / Lynton Pl. – a 20-year-old White plains man was charged with Assault 3rd, Menacing 2nd, and Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4th after a domestic altercation during which a knife was displayed and threatened. The subject was held for arraignment and an order of protection was served.
01/14 / E. Post Rd. – a 16-year-old juvenile from Valhalla was charged with Assault 2nd after a criminal investigation into a bear-spraying incident which occurred on January 2nd. The juvenile was held for proceedings.
01/15 / 225 Martin Luther King Blvd. – a female from Yonkers and a male from New Rochelle (ages 47 and 56) were arrested for Criminal Trespass 3rd after being detained on Housing Authority property with no legitimate reason for entering the premises. Both subjects were released with a future court date.
01/16 / 49 Russell St. – a 22-year-old homeless man was charged with Public Urination after he was observed during routine patrol. The subject was released with a future court date.
01/17 / 86 Dekalb Av. – a 59-year-old White Plains man was charged with Criminal Contempt 2nd after violating an order of protection. The subject was held for arraignment.
