02/01 / 9 Lyon Pl. – Three men (early 20’s) from White Plains, Elmsford and Yorktown Heights were charged with Disorderly Conduct after being involved in a street fight outside of the parking structure. All three subjects were released with a future court date.
02/02 / 9 City Pl. – a 21-year-old male from Tarrytown was charged with Petit Larceny after shoplifting $388.68 worth of merchandise from Target. The subject was released with a future court date.
02/02 / Mamaroneck Av. and Maple Av. – a 42-year-old male from Yonkers was arrested for Aggravated DWI (Child Passenger less than 16) after a routine traffic stop for speed unreasonable. The 9-year-old child was released to her mother. CPS was notified and the subject was released to Yonkers PD on an active warrant.
02/03 / 95 Ferris Av. – a 51-year-old male from White Plains was charged with Criminal Possession of Control Substance in the 5th Degree (Phencyclidine) and Appearance in Public Under Influence of a Narcotic after a physical altercation with a third party, obstructing vehicle traffic and resisting a lawful arrest. The subject was held for arraignment.
02/04 / 176 Mamaroneck Av. – a 19-year-old male from Romulus, MI was charged with Petit Larceny and Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4th after witnesses observed him remove cash from an unattended purse. When taken into custody a switchblade style knife was found on his person. The subject was released with a future court date.
02/05 / 33 Church St. – a 46-year-old man from White Plains was charged with Assault 3rd, Harassment 2nd and Disorderly Conduct following a physical altercation while waiting in line for the food pantry. The subject was held for arraignment.
02/05 / Court St. and E Post Rd. – a 45-year-old homeless man was charged with Stalking 4th, after an investigation into several interactions with a female victim. The subject was held for arraignment and an order of protection was served.
02/06 / 25 Bank St. – a 33-year-old White Plains woman was charged with Endangering Welfare of Child after a domestic altercation. CPS was notified and the subject was released with a future court date.
