9/14 / 285 Mamaroneck Av. – a 32-year-old, Yorktown Heights man was charged with DWI. His car was impounded and he was released with a future court date.
9/14 / 11 Fischer Ct. – a 49-year-old man from Peekskill was charged with Criminal Trespass 3rd and Criminal Possession of a Weapon 2nd (.380 semi-automatic firearm) after trespassing on Housing Authority property. The subject was held for arraignment.
9/14 / E. Post Rd and Chester Av. – a 43-year-old Yonkers man was charged with Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument 3rd for operating a motorcycle with an altered license plate.
9/15 / 124 So. Lexington Av. – a 56-year-old White Plains man was charged with DWI after witnesses observed the subject driving recklessly. Open alcoholic beverages were observed in the car by officers. The car was impounded and the subject was held for court due to two prior DWI convictions.

9/18 / 148 Mamaroneck Av. – a 39-year-old White Plains man was charged with Forcible Touching and Endangering the Welfare of a Child after an incident within a convenience store. The subject was held and an order of protection was served.
9/18 / Fisher Av. – a 45-year-old White Plains man was charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Resisting Arrest after a welfare check of two youths uncovered unsafe living conditions. The subject was held and an order of protection was served.
