9/21 / 197 E. Post Rd. – a 39-year-old Mt. Vernon man was charged with Reckless Driving and Unlawful Fleeing after failing to comply with police attempts to stop him. After broadcasting the vehicle information on the hotline, Westchester County PD located and stopped the vehicle in Mt. Vernon where the subject was charged with DWI. He was then transported back to be booked and processed on local charges.
9/22 / 4 Dennison St. – a 41-year-old White Plains man was charged with Menacing 3rd and Endangering the Welfare of a Child after threatening a mother and son. Both mother and son were uninjured. The subject was held for arraignment and an Order of Protection was served.
9/22 / 225 Ridgeway – a 26-year-old homeless woman was charged with Criminal Mischief after damaging the security desk window at Ridgeway School. The subject was held for arraignment and an Order of Protection was served.
9/23 / 135 Westchester Av. – a 19-year-old female from Bronx, NY was charged with Pettit Larceny after shoplifting $259.00 worth of clothing from Nordstrom’s.
9/24 / 86 Dekalb Av. – a 38-year-old White Plains man was charged with domestic Assault 3rd and three counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child. The subject was held for arraignment.
9/26 / Fischer Av. – a 43-year-old Yonkers man was charged with Burglary 2nd, Criminal Mischief and Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle after an investigation into a domestic incident. The subject was held for arraignment.
9/27 / 13 City Place. – a 54-year-old White Plains man was charged with Petit Larceny after shoplifting 13 sirloin steaks from Shoprite. The subject was released with a future court date.
