9/28 / 25 Waller Av. – two Peekskill women (22 & 24-year-old) were charged with Disorderly Conduct and Resisting Arrest during a fight in the parking lot after which both were ordered to leave. Both subjects were released with a future court date.
9/29 / Mamaroneck Av. – a 33-year-old White Plains man was arrested for leaving the scene and causing personal injury in a motor vehicle accident. The vehicle was impounded and he was released with a future court date.
9/30 / 274 Hamilton Av. – a 68-year-old homeless man was charged with Arson 5th after lighting a bush on fire. The fire was quickly extinguished by FD who indicated that an accelerant was used. The subject was released with a future court date.
10/02 / 237 Ferris Av. – a 35-year-old male from Bridgeport Ct. was charged with DWI after being involved in a motor vehicle accident (no injuries). The subject was booked then released to the Westchester County Police for an active warrant.
10/04 / 3 Lyon Pl. – a 24-year-old male from Yorktown was charged with Reckless Driving for performing donuts at a high rate of speed within the municipal parking structure. The vehicle was impounded and the subject was released with a future court date.
10/04 / 5 Barker Av. – a 47-year-old male from the Bronx was charged with Assault 3rd after punching a co-worker in the parking lot. The subject was held for arraignment.
