10/12 / 239 Battle Av. – a 31-year-old White Plains man was charged with Robbery 3rd after forcibly stealing a cellular phone from a victim during a dispute on the street. The subject was held for arraignment.
10/15 / Mamaroneck Av. and Maple Av. – a 30-year-old man from the Bronx was charged with Possession of a Forged Instrument 3rd after a routine traffic stop uncovered a fraudulent temporary registration. The vehicle was impounded and the subject was released with a future court date.
10/15 / Longview Av. – a 54-year-old White Plains man was charged with two counts of Reckless Endangerment 2nd after four of his dogs escaped from his property and injured a mother and daughter on the street. The subject was released with a future court date. A dangerous dog case was opened by Animal Control.
