11/09 / McKinley Av. – a 29-year-old White Plains man was charged with Assault 3rd during a domestic dispute. The subject was held for arraignment and a Temporary Order of Protection was issued.
11/10 / 301 Quarropas St. – a 53-year-old White Plains man was charged with Criminal Contempt 2nd after violating a stay away order during a domestic incident.
11/12 / So. Broadway and Lyon Pl. – a 29-year-old male from Somerville, NJ was charged with multiple counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance and DWI after a routine traffic stop. The vehicle was impounded and the subject was held for arraignment.
11/12 / 200 Mamaroneck Av. – a 31-year-old homeless man was charged with Burglary 3rd. Patrol was alerted to the burglary by the business owner who was watching the incident via remote camera. A perimeter was set around the building and the subject was located in the building lobby. The subject had used a ladder in an adjacent room to climb into the ceiling to gain entry. The subject was held for arraignment.
11/13 / E. Post Rd and Cromwell – a 19-year-old female from the Bronx was charged with Aggravated Harassment 2nd after refusing transport for court mandated psychiatric evaluation. The subject was released with a future court date.
11/14 / 237 Martine Av. – 4 homeless subjects (35-74-years-old) were charged with Trespass after offering no legitimate reason for being in the parking structure. All four were released with future court dates.
11/14 / City Place – a 20-year-old female from New Rochelle was charged with Trespass after being barred out of the City Center for prior incidents. The subject was released with a future court date.
11/15 / City Place – a 22-year-old White Plains man was charged with Robbery 3rd after forcibly stealing merchandise from Shoprite. The subject had several open warrants and was held for arraignment.
