11/23 / 175 Mamaroneck Av. – a 20-year-old White Plains woman was charged with Assault 2nd during a domestic altercation. The subject was released with a future court date.
11/23 / 236 Battle Av. – a 25-year-old White Plains man was charged with Menacing 3rd and Criminal obstruction of Breathing after a domestic dispute. The subject was held for arraignment.
11/24 / City Pl. – a 41-year-old Homeless man was charged with Criminal Contempt 1st degree after violating a valid Temporary Order of Protection and Trespass after being barred out of Shoprite for prior incidents. The subject was held for arraignment.
11/25 / 253 S. Lexington Av. – 36-year-old man and 46-year-old woman, both from Bronx NY were charged with Burglary 3rd and Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 5th after a citizen observed the male subject taking items from mailboxes in the lobby. Patrol units stopped a vehicle leaving the area and the male subject was positively identified. The vehicle was impounded and both subjects were transported to headquarters where investigators took over. Proceeds from the burglary which included 2 keys property of the US Postal Service and 10 government issued checks were recovered and turned over for federal investigation. The male subject was held for arraignment and the female subject was released with a future court date.
11/26 / 110 Bloomingdale Rd. – a 19-year-old man from Yonkers was charged with Unlawful Surveillance 2nd after recording a patron within the female bathroom stall. The subject was held and an order of protection was served.
11/27 / Westchester Av. and Bloomingdale Rd. – a 20-year-old man from Greenwood Lake NY. Was charged with Unlawful Fleeing 3rd after refusing to stop for police after several traffic violations. His motorcycle was impounded, the subject was issued multiple traffic tickets and was released with a future court date.
