11/30 / Main St and Bank St. – a 56-year-old male from Elmsford was charged with Obstructing Governmental Administration 2nd after preventing officers and firefighters from performing their duties at a motor vehicle accident scene. The subject was released with a future court date.
12/01 / 11 Fisher Ct. – a 50-year-old White Plains man was charged with Trespass after being detained on White Plains Housing Authority property with no legitimate reason for being on the premises. The subject was released with a future court date.
12/02 / 24 W. Post Rd. – Two homeless males (ages 27 & 35) were charged with Robbery 2nd after an investigation into a strong-arm robbery that occurred on 11/23/2025. Both subjects were held for arraignment.
12/03 / 98 Lake St. – a 44-year-old female from Bayonne, NJ was charged with Leaving the Scene of an Accident with Personal Injury after a patrol investigation into an accident involving a 13-year-old bicyclist. The vehicle was impounded and the subject was released with a future court date.
12/03 / 181 Martine Av. – A 36-year-old male from New Rochelle was charged with Assault in the 2nd Degree, Disorderly Conduct, and Resisting Arrest following a routine traffic stop. The stop was initiated because the vehicle he was operating had no registered plates and was uninsured. During the impound of his vehicle the subject became disorderly, creating public alarm and inconvenience, he resisted arrest and caused injury to an officer. The subject was held for arraignment.
12/04 / 159 Main St. – a 38-year-old homeless man was charged with Theft of Services after consuming $33.95 worth of Japanese BBQ then locking himself in the men’s restroom because he couldn’t pay the bill. The subject was released with a future court date.
